Sweetened condensed milk
Matcha powder
Vanilla extract

Heavy cream (for whipping)
How to Make It
In a large bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, matcha powder, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Set aside.
Using an electric mixer on medium-high speed, whip the cream until firm peaks form—this takes about 2 minutes.

Fold ½ cup of the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture to lighten it, then gently fold the combined mixture back into the remaining whipped cream until fully blended (be careful not to overmix).
Pour the mixture into the chilled loaf pan, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze until solid and scoopable (about 3 hours or overnight).
